Payment Policy

All payments are made via bank transfer using the banking information provided at checkout. FitzbyWhitz does not process payments directly through this website.

Customers are required to send proof of payment via WhatsApp to confirm their purchase. Orders and services will only be processed after payment has been verified.

Delivery of Digital Products

For digital products such as the Workout Log Book and Body Sculpt & Fat Loss Programs, delivery will be made via email within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation and verification of the purchased program.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and fitness services, all sales are final. FitzbyWhitz does not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a purchase has been confirmed.
